Heart-brain training

Using the proven HeartMath method, you’ll learn to use your heartbeat as a compass. With real-time biofeedback, you experience how stress affects your body and how to restore balance. You’ll practice body awareness and emotional regulation with techniques that you can apply immediately in daily life. The results: less stress, more resilience, and measurable improvements in health and vitality – during the retreat and beyond.

Food and location

Nutritious and delicious meals are prepared by our culinary team, designed to support body and mind. Alcohol is excluded, but everything else you need to feel nourished and energized is included.

Our location: Landgoed Altenbroek in the beautiful Voerstreek, just across the Dutch border in Belgium. This 14th-century estate combines nature, silence, luxury, and pure spring water.
